The closing date for the submission of the 2021 FSS
Annual Reconciliation is 15 February 2022.
It is important that the FS7 and FS3
information is submitted complete and correct by this deadline as late
submissions are subject to penalties as contemplated in the FSS rules.
Employers who submit a number of FS3 documents that
do not exceed 9 forms, could either submit manual documents or else file
electronically.
A circular to all employers who have not
applied for the access to e-Services, together with a manual FS7 form will
be sent by post in the coming days.
Completed manual FS7 and FS3 documents are to
be returned to CFR by post addressed to:

Gozo
Employers who require to submit more than 9 FS3
documents are obliged to file electronically - which facility is now available
to accept the submission of the 2021 data.
Employers or their representatives require the
2-factor authentication (apart from their personal e-ID credentials)
in order to access the service.

Employers are encouraged to refrain from attaching
any payments to documents and alternatively make use of the online payments facility.
