As part of the Merger of the Revenue Departments, please be informed about the upcoming changes in the systems for the registration of Contracts and Promise of Sales.
- From 1st October 2018 only two receiving officers would be attending to Notaries or their representatives personally. The other two officers would only be registering contracts submitted through the envelope system.
- From 2nd January 2019 contracts may only be submitted through the envelope system.
- From 2nd January 2019 promise of sales may only be registered through the online system.
